SUBVIBE - Returns & Refunds Policy

At SUBVIBE, we pour our hearts into selecting and crafting every single crystal piece to accompany your spiritual journey. We want you to love your new crystal companion. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your crystal bracelet must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (including the gift box, velvet pouch, and crystal meaning cards).

The Nature of Crystals (Natural Variance Disclaimer)

Please note that crystals are gifts from Mother Earth. Each stone is entirely unique, featuring its own natural inclusions, inner cracks (ice cracks), mineral streaks, or slight color variations. These are not considered manufacturing defects but are a beautiful testament to their authentic, natural origins. By purchasing from SUBVIBE, you accept and embrace these unique characteristics.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our care team at [wantyan296@gmail.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Follow Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your bracelet is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will prioritize the evaluation of the issue and make it right via a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital gift cards

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., custom-sized or bespoke tailored bracelets)
