1. Order Processing Time (The Cleansing Ritual)

Because we believe in sending you premium, pure energetic blank canvases, we do not simply throw items into shipping boxes.

  • All active orders undergo a dedicated 24–48 hour processing window (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During this time, your unique crystal bracelet is personally inspected for quality and blessed with a sacred sound and smoke cleansing ritual before it leaves our facility.

We ship all US domestic orders via standard trackable carriers (USPS / UPS / DHL eCommerce).

  • Estimated Delivery: 8 – 15 Business Days, depending on destination customs clearance.

  • International Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific location.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking (Peace of Mind)

The moment your SUBVIBE package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking details.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SUBVIBE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address provided by the buyer.
