Q: Why does my bracelet look slightly different from the website photos?

A: Because natural minerals are formed under unique geological pressure over millions of years, no two stones are ever identical. Natural variances in color intensity, inner ice cracks, mineral streaks, and inclusions are beautiful, authentic signatures of Mother Earth—not defects.

Q: Will the metal hardware tarnish or turn my skin green?

A: No. We craft our pieces using high-grade 14K Gold-Filled and 925 Sterling Silver hardware. These premium materials are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, highly tarnish-resistant, and built for comfortable everyday wear.

Q: How do I cleanse and recharge my SUBVIBE bracelet?

A: Every SUBVIBE piece undergoes a 48-hour sound and smoke cleansing before dispatch. To maintain its optimal energetic frequency at home, we recommend:

  • Selenite / Clear Quartz Charging: Place your bracelet on a Selenite plate or alongside Clear Quartz overnight.

  • Sound Cleansing: Expose the minerals to the frequency of a singing bowl or 528Hz harmonic tones.

  • Smoke Cleansing: Pass your piece through gentle sage or Palo Santo smoke.

Q: Can I wear my bracelet while showering or swimming?

A: To preserve both the natural luster of the mineral stones and the integrity of the cord/hardware, we strongly advise removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, sleeping, or engaging in strenuous physical activities.
